The petrochemical facility, Pemex exploded killing three people and leaving dozens injured turning the sky black. The Veracruz governor said that nearly 60 people were injured in the incident. The explosion happened around 3 pm on Wednesday at Chlorinate-3 plant which is considered to be the leading oil export hub. The local television informed that hundreds were evacuated from the place. The initial burst of flames was shown on television. The residents are requested to stay away from the site due to the harms of toxic fumes. The chief executive of Pemex Jose Antonio Gonzalez will be travelling to the location to oversee the activities.
